Improving your life & getting better results is certainly not complicated! It is not rocket science! Here is a list of 50 simple but extremely effective tips that you only need to implement to achieve better results in all walks of life.

1. Think about what you are doing regularly

Routines, habits, and beliefs make life easier for us because they bring automaticity, but they can also make us almost become prisoners in our own lives. As we lose control of our routines, habits, beliefs, our view of things is beginning to stiffen and we are increasingly afraid to leave our comfort zone. You can avoid such a fate by rethinking your life from time to time and breaking old patterns or revising past decisions when you feel it is necessary.

2. Turn your passion into a profession

We are conditioned to think that it is very difficult, almost impossible, to make a living out of what we love. The result is a society full of people who can barely wait for the weekend on Monday morning because they hate their job. Do not let your limiting beliefs make you a slave to money and condemn you to a lifetime of work you can not stand. Find a way to lead a life where you can do what you love!

3. Learn to enjoy the moment & be happy in it

Many people are preparing themselves endless sorrow and pain because they either live in the future and are afraid of it, or because they are always in the past with their thoughts and regret or mourn things. Instead, learn to be present in the here and now and enjoy the moment. Only then can you truly be happy! Learn to trust that everything is perfect the way it is!

10. Break the rules & guidelines

Of course, you should not break the rules and guidelines that you have imposed on yourself and that are meant to bring you closer to your goals. I’m talking about the social rules & guidelines where people look at you wrong when you break them. I’m talking about the rules and guidelines that make you a lateral thinker if you break them. Of the rules & guidelines that only good sheep keep, who are too scared to break out of the flock and be unique in life.

11. Study success & happiness

There are countless courses at our universities that will teach you a lot more or less interesting and helpful stuff, but I have never heard of studying “Success & Happiness”. What I’m talking about here is, of course, lifelong self-study, the conclusion of which, in my view, holds the highest of all awards: a successful and happy life. So start studying success & happiness to find out and understand how to become successful & happy too.

12. Become a true expert in a field

I know that you are a multi-talent, but believe me, it is always better to choose one thing and then focus on it. Stop trying out a million things at the same time and so dissipate your energy & focus. Find something in which you have a lot of potential (note Tip # 2) and concentrate on it. Try to develop as much as possible in this one thing. It is said that it takes at least 10,000 hours to become a real expert in a field. Then get started…

13. Do something crazy every year & feel alive

We remember experiences & experiences, not objects! At the end of your life, would you like to be able to look back on a pile of useless junk, or a whole collection of incredible experiences? Make it your business every year to do at least one totally crazy venture. Jump out of the plane, do a bungee jump or go kite flying. Whatever, but the main thing is you do something crazy and feel the life!

14. Be an optimist – not a pessimist

15. Be an idealist – not a realist

“I’m not negative, I just see things realistically.” Something ever heard, or maybe even given by yourself? Of course, it does not help to close your eyes and to hope that everything will settle by itself when the crap is steaming again. But has this “realism” really brought you anything? In my experience, realists are people who have no confidence in themselves and are only too happy to slip into pessimism. Idealists, on the other hand, are people with dreams, goals and visions. 16.Have a morning ritual

You do not know what a “morning ritual” is, right? Simply put, a morning ritual is a pre-defined procedure, a simple routine that you perform every morning at the same time to ensure the best possible start to the day. Instead of coffee & tipping, 0.5 liters of water and a short workout plus a nutritious breakfast. You will see the positive effect this has on your life.

17. Watch what you say (stop blaspheming)

I bet you also know some people around you who seem to constantly complain about everything and everyone – who constantly blaspheme. About their boss, about the strangers this morning on the bus, or even about their own friends and their own partner. Call it the law of attraction, karma, or whatever you want, it’s clear: negativity leads to even more negativity. So watch out now and catch yourself when you’re trying to spread negativity through your words. And if you do that, ask yourself: Who do you really harm with that?

18. Read more (valuable) books

Books: These are those rectangular things that usually have a cover and plenty of pages to turn over. You may only know them in the format of an e-book. Whether you prefer the classic book or the electronic version of it, make it a habit to regularly read valuable content. Attention: I say valuable! No novels, thrillers or tabloids! I’m talking about content that challenges you intellectually, that creates new ideas & brain cells that let you grow personally.

19. Fuck what others think about you!

Forgive me this somewhat vulgar language, but this tip is particularly close to my heart and that’s why I want to give it some emphasis in this way: Fuck what others think about you! Fuck what they talk about you behind your back! Fuck it when they smile about your dream and your goals or even laugh at you! You were not born to meet the expectations and expectations of others. You were born to lead YOUR life and to realize YOUR dreams! So do it the way you want, without having to constantly run a mental conflict, if what you are doing will please others. It will please the people who are worth it! The rest? Fuck it all!

20. Do not resist what is

Life is a never-ending river! And those who have grasped that and begin to live a life WITH instead of leading this flow / flow, those are true FlowFinder. 21. Reduce your time wasters to a minimum

As much as I love our present time and all the wonderful inventions that it has produced, so much do I condemn every day all the time-consuming and exhausting distractions I swore to fight as FlowFinder. E-Mail, Facebook, Youtube, Apps & Smartphones. These things are great, but only if we know how to control them. The misuse of such things can quickly lead to days and weeks disappearing into total unproductivity and we can only get closer to our goals at a snail’s pace. Therefore, identify the annoying time-wasters in your life and reduce them to a minimum so that you have more time for the really important things & people in your life.

22. Meditate for 20 minutes daily

You probably will not be able to do much meditation right now. You may even be one of those people who associate limiting or negative ideas with this term. I’m not saying here that you have to become a Buddhist monk and spend the rest of your life in a meditative state (unless you want that), but trust me when I say that just 20 minutes meditate daily, one Have an incredible positive effect on your life and your well-being! It does not even need an extravagant meditation technique! Just make it a habit to sit in a quiet place for just 20 minutes a day, close your eyes and try not to think about anything.

23. Spend time with yourself & learn to love

It is shocking how many people are afraid of the state of being alone. In their defense, one has to say that we are socially conditioned to regard the state of being alone as something exclusively negative. Alone, at least most people believe, is something painful to be avoided. But the truth is that we can only find ourselves alone! We can only learn who we really are and what we want when we spend time with ourselves, exploring our inner self. Therefore, create free spaces in your life in which you have time to find yourself!

24. Help others (donate 10% of your income)

Maybe you have ever helped an older lady or a wheelchair user to get on the bus, or to overcome another, small obstacle in their eyes. And maybe during that time, and even hours later, you felt really good. If so, then you are a good person my friend. The world needs people like you! The world needs more people to help other people! Whether you’re helping old or disabled people on a small day-to-day problem, or “just” sharing your financial wealth with others by donating 10% of your income. What matters is that you feel like you are helping other people. It makes this world a little bit better and also makes you damn happy.

25. Put 10% of your income on the page

10% donate & save another 10%. This is what the book “The Richest Man in Babylon” teaches us, which you should have read by the way, because it conveys the right way to handle money and thus lays the foundation for your financial success. Saving 10% of your income is not only the beginning to wealth & prosperity, no, it is above all the beginning of more balance and greater inner peace. You’ll see, the more money your passbook gets from month to month, the more you gain in freedom and independence.

26. Achieve financial independence and financial freedom in the next step

Money will not make you happy, but it opens the door to a world of even greater possibilities. Opportunities that you can use to be more and to give more. So, set the goal of having one day so much money that theoretically it would cover your expenses until the end of your days (that’s financial freedom). The best way to do so is through financial independence. That’s the day you start making a living on your own. From which you do not have to rely on any conventional “job” and no supervisor because you earn your money in your own way.

27. Sleep less

This one is for all the sleepyheads out there. Although I am the last person to have a good night’s sleep, sleep is one of the things to be enjoyed in moderation. So make it a habit to sleep a maximum of 7 hours a day (maybe 8 on Sundays) and always get up as early as possible, because that’s one of the habits that many extremely successful people have in common. Or try other sleep cycles, such as polyphasic or biphasic sleep. What I am trying to say here is: Do not mess up your life & your chances!

28. Learn to control your mind

Every day, our entire life, we try to put our minds to work. However, we never got anything like an instruction manual for it. Instead, most try to use this all-important tool only instinctively or intuitively – from the gut. They never worry that the mind is like a wild beast that needs to be tamed and controlled with the help of personality development. Only in this way can our intellect develop its full potential and work towards our goals and dreams.

29. Learn to control your emotions

As important as taming and controlling our minds is controlling our emotions. Many people allow themselves to be controlled by their emotions instead of controlling them. Let’s be honest: who would not like to have one of these sexy six-packs? Of course I’m not talking about a six-pack of beer here, but about the washboard stomach that you wanted to train for a long time ago. Studies have shown that especially belly fat is harmful to health and can contribute to the development of diseases. If that’s not enough reason to do your daily 8-minute abdominal workout as part of your morning ritual, then I do not know.

31. Do something useful at bedtime

Do you still remember Tip # 14 on this list? The morning ritual! Well, there is actually something like an evening ritual. It is nothing more than a meaningful routine, which you do in the evening before bed, rather than in the morning after getting up. The goal behind it is to give the mind something good and healthy before it goes to sleep and processes the events of the day. Do it like me, for example, and read something before bedtime. Or listen to some music that relaxes you. No matter what you do as an evening ritual, everything is better than letting you watch TV!

32. Stop watching TV

Basically, you know what I’m going to tell you right now, and maybe you’ve already said that dozens of times: There’s only junk on TV! Why then continue to watch TV? I could also call you 10 more without any problems. The fact is, television is a source of negativity and it costs you more than it gives you. So stop it! I’m not talking about movies or series here. In fact, there are even plenty of inspiring & motivational films that you should have seen, but stop silly zipping through the channels!

33. Choose your environment & your friends wisely

You are the average of your 5 closest fellows! This is a very well-known saying in the field of personality development and it should make clear how incredibly important our relationships are and what massive effect they take on our entire life. Understand that as a FlowFinder you have to choose and form your own environment! As hard as it sounds, it means that you have to start sorting out the people that are hindering your personal development. Start by surrounding yourself with people who make you grow, rather than continuing to accept all the little things in your life that will pull you down and prevent you from becoming the best version of yourself.

34. Put your notebook to & hold it daily new

Our memory is great. No question! But the amount of impressions & information is so huge that we can only remember a fraction of it all. The easiest way to solve this dilemma is to resort to the most classic of tools, namely the pen and the piece of paper. Of course you can use a lot of digital solutions these days, and yet none of them have the charm and impact of the good old notebook. So put on such a notebook and keep it in daily new things that are worth it to be held. Your goals, your dreams, your thoughts & other valuable ideas.

35. Cut out everything bad and negative from your life

Whether it’s the wrong friends & acquaintances, the wrong job you hate abysmal, or even a part of your own personality that you basically can not stand because it makes you a person you do not want to be, You have to start identifying and removing negative things in your life. I’m not saying that’s easy! But I say that this is necessary if you want to feel more happiness and fulfillment. Because negativity is like a tumor that keeps on growing and makes you sick all your life unless you remove it.

36. Question all that you have been taught

We have learned so much about how the world, life, and happiness work from others at a much too young age in our lives. This social conditioning has led to a multitude of limiting beliefs that prevent us in many areas of our lives from unfolding our full potential. People who have never tried to succeed have taught us that success is an exception, a matter of chance. And we believed them! People who were unhappy taught us that happiness in life is transient and moody. And we believed them! While it may be nice to buy items that you have long desired and worked hard for, you will still have to realize that true happiness and true fulfillment can never be obtained through material possessions. Do not embrace the classic mistake and identify yourself with the material objects that you possess. Separate yourself instead from all the unnecessary junk in your life and recognize that you can hang on real happiness and fulfillment no price tag.

38.Be a source of motivation, inspiration & good

Make sure that you always send out more positive things than negative things in everything you do. That you share things like motivation, inspiration, help and joy, rather than hate, anger, jealousy or envy with others. If you send negativity, you also get negativity! In particular, make sure that you also share things with others that are good within the social network in which you are active. Things that motivate, inspire, and grow others!
